Job Title: Administrative Support Role

As a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our leadership team. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and coordinate business and personal schedules across time zones, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and accompany senior leaders on trips when required.
  • Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between senior leaders and stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
  • Handle personal matters for senior leaders, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Organise business and social functions with precision and efficiency.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless support for senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting top management or senior leaders.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
