The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, work orders, and delivery orders.
  • Assist and coordinate with internal divisions to optimize work processes.
  • Receive and execute customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Cold call customers to promote services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress against budget targets.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance business operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in any industry.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Must have a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
  • Open to candidates with sales experience in interior design, construction, advertising, automotive, or FMCG industries.
  • Willingness to engage in business-to-business sales and outdoor sales.
  • Other sales experience is welcome to apply.
