Financial Management Leadership Role

This leadership position involves overseeing financial close and reporting processes across multiple contract manufacturing sites and centralized supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing management accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
  • Manage management accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational results.
  • Analyze business performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and areas of concern while providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with regional teams and China manufacturing sites to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Act as a principal finance partner for contract manufacturing sites and supply chain centralization initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects, cost optimization, and process improvement across the supply chain and manufacturing network.
  • Drive strong governance, controls, and adherence to group reporting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or contract manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in financial close, management accounting, and reporting processes.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across regional and site-level teams, including China operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP and reporting systems; advanced Excel and BI tools preferred.
