Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to oversee the daily financial operations of our accounting department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent financial management skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems, and possess strong communication skills.

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Process monthly and annual financial reports, cash forecasting, and other financial data to provide insights for informed business decisions.

As a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SAP systems.
