Job Title: Senior Manager - Health, Safety, Security & Environment

Infineon Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) team in Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining a secure and environmentally responsible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and Infineon's global standards.
  • Lead the HSSE team in conducting regular risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential safety and security risks, and develop plans to prevent and respond to incidents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSSE policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSSE policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and promote a culture of environmental responsibility.
  • Lead the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and the community in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in a HSSE role, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSSE policies and procedures, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve HSSE goals.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and Infineon's global HSSE standards, and ability to apply this knowledge to develop and implement effective HSSE strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HSSE issues.
