Role Overview

  • This position is responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks, including MAS, FATF, and other international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account opening and due diligence across multiple business units.
  • Review client documents and maintain organized records.
  • Act as a compliance point of contact for private banking and AML/CFT matters.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Prepare AML/CFT reports and assist with MAS filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulators; support audit preparation and follow-ups.
  • Oversight of client onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Track account status with Account Executives and conduct periodic client reviews.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing private banking clients and other high-risk clients.
  • Handle operational tasks including signatory checks and account updates.
  • Manage FATCA/CRS documentation and data processing.
  • Conduct WorldCheck screenings and escalate adverse findings.
  • Lead or support compliance-related projects as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or private banking.
  • Strong knowledge of MAS, FATF, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
