We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team in the Mid-size Molecule Unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the discovery of new antibody drugs based on our proprietary technologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform peptide screening using ELISA, bead-based separation, and other techniques
  • Conduct DNA/RNA analysis, including primer design, PCR, qPCR, purification, and electrophoresis
  • Analyze proteins using SDS-PAGE, western blotting, and ELISA
  • Support lead identification screening in drug discovery
  • Engage in antibody, protein, or peptide engineering
  • Apply biopanning techniques, such as phage display, SELEX, in vitro compartmentalization, and microfluidics
  • Undertake RNA-related analytics, protein purification, NGS data analysis, and Biomek operation

Requirements:
  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Biotechnology, or Molecular Biotechnology
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
