Senior Molecule Biotechnologist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated biotechnologist to contribute to the discovery of novel antibody drugs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in peptide screening, DNA/RNA analysis, protein analysis, and lead identification.

  • Perform peptide screening using ELISA, bead-based separation, and other techniques.
  • Conduct DNA/RNA analysis, including primer design, PCR, qPCR, purification, and electrophoresis.
  • Analyze proteins using SDS-PAGE, western blotting, and ELISA.
  • Support lead identification screening in drug discovery.
  • Engage in antibody, protein, or peptide engineering.
  • Apply phage display, SELEX, and microfluidics techniques.
  • Undertake RNA-related analytics, protein purification, NGS data analysis, and instrument operation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Biotechnology, or Molecular Biotechnology.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
