Research Assistant - Antibody Engineering Expertise

Job Description:

At our research facility, we strive to push the boundaries of antibody engineering technology. Our team is dedicated to developing innovative solutions for the discovery and development of new antibody drugs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct peptide screening using ELISA, bead-based separation, and other methods.
  • Perform DNA/RNA analysis, including primer design, PCR, qPCR, purification, electrophoresis, and NGS (Illumina).
  • Engage in protein analysis through SDS-PAGE, western blotting, ELISA, and other techniques.
Requirements:
  • Lead identification screening in drug discovery.
  • Antibody, protein, or peptide engineering expertise.
  • Biopanning experience, including phage display, SELEX, in vitro compartmentalization, microfluidics.
  • RNA-related analytics, protein purification, NGS data analysis, Biomek operation, etc.
  • Degree in Biomedical Science/Biochemistry/Chemical Biology/Biotechnology/Molecular Biotechnology with 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
