Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing proactive recruitment techniques such as headhunting to target and engage qualified candidates. You will review resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability and shortlist qualified individuals. Your duties will also include conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with our company culture. Additionally, you will utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and databases, to identify potential candidates. You will present shortlisted candidates to clients, offering detailed insights into their qualifications and suitability for the role.
You will coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will verify candidates' references, qualifications, and employment history, as well as conduct necessary background checks. You will provide constructive feedback to both clients and candidates following interviews and assessments. Finally, you will act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating effective communication throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
