Product Design and Development Specialist

A key member of the manufacturing team, this role is responsible for designing and developing process plans, fixtures, and gauges to support production needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods.
- Design and develop process plans, fixtures, and gauges to support production needs.
- Manage quotations and oversee program execution to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive efficiency using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods for ongoing improvements.
- Plan and schedule activities within the ERP system to optimize workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals. The selected candidate will be expected to contribute to improving product development processes and implementing efficient production methodologies.
