Product Development Specialist

The role of Product Development Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for designing and implementing new product processes. This includes setting up production lines and aligning with SAP concepts to ensure seamless execution.
- We are seeking a skilled professional who can collaborate with designers in Japan and local teams to plan and execute product changes effectively.
- This involves developing implementation schedules and communicating with production PICs to guarantee smooth execution.
- Tracking and enforcing the use of systems developed for operation change tracking is also crucial in this role.
- Design and implement new product processes, including line setup and SAP concept alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product changes.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.

- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Able to travel to Batam Factory for project duration (minimum 2 weeks to maximum 2 months).
