Our curated network of factories includes experienced craftsmen and specialists who produce everything from solid wood furniture to upholstered pieces. We specialize in home, office, restaurant, café, and export furnishings.
Our services include design consultation, shop drawings, and full logistics management—from factory to final delivery. Whether it’s a single item or a full project, we help clients save more and get exactly what you need—custom-made, cost-effective, and hassle-free.
Management operate on a flat-hierarchy and every staff opinions matters and help to steer the direction of the organization.
**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities: Product Design Scope**
- Preparation of specification sheets
- Proficient with Sketchup, Procreate, Autocad or similar
- Development of product drawings from clients requirements
- Participate in various stages of projects, from consultation and tender preparation to project coordination and handover
**Key Responsibilities: Product Development**
- Develop ideas as part of a team or creates design concepts using software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino and AutoCAD
- Design artwork, such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials
- Ensure that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Ensure factory are manufacturing to specs
- Take photography and videography for products
- Assist with social media campaigns
**What we seek**
- Rockstar, with keen drive to learn, not afraid to provide inputs and strong initiatives.
- Srong content creation background with experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual brand consistency.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and a fast learner with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Great customer service and be one of the face of the business
- ** Bonus**: experience or knowledge in product design
