We are seeking a seasoned cost management professional to drive the success of our projects.

  • Evaluate and prepare tender submissions, including Bills of Quantity.
  • Establish databases for costs, materials and supply sources, ensuring seamless integration with project requirements.
  • Calculate construction costs based on drawings and documents, utilizing advanced analytical skills.
  • Assess contractual claims, work progress and other related matters, providing timely insights to stakeholders.
  • Invite sub-contractors to submit quotations and evaluate them accordingly, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Prepare comprehensive project budgets, reports and cost estimations, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Monitor project budgets and track direct costs, ensuring proactive management of expenses.
  • Resolve outstanding claim issues on Final Accounts and Variation Orders, upholding high standards of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
