As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Formulating business strategies and leading commercial operations teams to achieve revenue growth targets;
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and organizations in Singapore's cable works sector;
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share;
  • Coordinating with overseas branches and headquarters in Korea to drive global business expansion;
  • Maintaining competitiveness by driving constant improvement systems in operations;
  • Sharing in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, trends, and challenges to ensure comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in the cable works sector;
  • Bid on tenders and quotations to secure contracts;
  • Manage project teams and lead daily operations to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the power industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
  • Singaporean citizenship or residency required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
