Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist to drive product development forward. As a key liaison between design teams and manufacturing units, you will be responsible for ensuring successful product launch and production ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive product development forward

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines
  • At least 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
  • Hands-on experience with product validation, testing, or manufacturing support
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and problem-solving methodologies
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines


About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Development Specialist. You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development forward and ensure successful product launch and production ramp-up.

In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with cross-functional teams, reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and product BOMs, conducting product validation tests, and providing technical support for new product introduction (NPI).

You will also work with suppliers on component selection, quality issues, and alternate sourcing options, prepare product-related documentation, and support cost reduction initiatives, design for manufacturability (DFM), and value engineering activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines, at least 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or product development environment, hands-on experience with product validation, testing, or manufacturing support, strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and problem-solving methodologies, good communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
