Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty
  • To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment
  • To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by external contractors at client sites
  • To coordinate repair/ maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with contractors
  • To perform standby duty at operations centres for immediate response to systems faults
  • To attend to faults raised by users and provide technical support to users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent
  • Singapore Citizen / PR may apply
Benefits:
  • Monthly Salary Range: SGD 2,600 - 3,600
  • 5.5 days work week
