Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

 

The Senior Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to support the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong technical background in civil and structural disciplines, with experience in sewer systems and related infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress work and provide weekly reports.
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Document and report any site deviations from approved plans.
  • Maintain records of inspections, observations, and correspondence related to all works.
  • Assist in the resolution of disputes or claims related to all works.
  • Liaise with existing tenants for on-site inspection.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements or modifications to reinstatement processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Accreditation with the JAC (IES-ACES).
  • A qualification in Civil and Structural disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sewer systems.
  • Well-versed in local legislation, regulations, and codes.
