Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure solutions, including servers, virtualization, storage, and networking components.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, such as design documents, statements of work, and as-built documents.
  • Lead projects or work with project managers and customers to manage project deliverables and timelines.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept workshops to meet customer, business, and technical objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in project tender/RFP/presales phases and field support.
  • Work closely with vendors and customers to address, track, execute, and ensure proper closure of technical support cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Linux server OS installation, configuration, and hardening.
  • Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and distributed computing concepts.
  • Experience with HPC/AI infrastructure and software stack.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
