Job Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, PCs, and hardware peripherals.
  • This includes deploying PC and notebook configurations to users, as well as installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware and software.
  • The selected candidate will troubleshoot all hardware peripherals and ensure they are functioning optimally.
  • In addition, the Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for auditing PCs and notebooks for software compliance as part of regular IT audits.
  • They will also verify backup jobs are properly configured with Disaster Recovery Sites to ensure business continuity.
  • The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong coordination and follow-up skills, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Windows systems and environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in IT hardware and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
