Job Description

The Residential Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential department. This includes coordinating with housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard, and resolving any guest complaints or issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of room cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of guest requests and feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering department to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests

Requirements:

This role requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hospitality environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year housekeeping operations experience
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively
  • Pleasant personality with excellent customer service attitude
