Financial Planning Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis functions within the Technical and Engines Departments. This includes managing budgeting processes, providing insights into financial performance, and overseeing the development of cash flow models.
Main Responsibilities:
Leading the monthly reporting process to compare actual and forecasted results against budgets.
Developing and implementing effective budgeting and financial planning processes across the departments.Creating and maintaining accurate cash flow models to inform investment and sale decisions.Providing regular financial updates to stakeholders, including the Head of Technical and Head of Engines.Requirements:
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in finance roles with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings effectively.Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.About the Role:
