Description:

  • The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leader will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Asia Pacific region.
  • This role plays a critical part in fostering a strategic business planning process in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams across APAC, identifying and fulfilling essential analytical and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead comprehensive financial performance analysis through monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) across the Asia Pacific region, delivering clear, actionable, and forward-looking insights on key drivers, market-specific risks, and growth opportunities.
  2. Own and optimize the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting processes for APAC, including rolling forecasts, consolidated templates, and planning calendars; ensure rigorous alignment with corporate deadlines and deliver strategic, robust, and insight-driven outputs that meet business requirements.
  3. Implement and maintain Revenue Growth Management (RGM) tools and tracking processes regionally, acting as the central point of coordination for RGM requests and ensuring seamless communication with our in-market teams.

About This Role:

  • This is a leadership position responsible for driving FP&A excellence across the Asia Pacific region.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record in financial planning, analysis, and leadership, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership capacity.
