Project Management Opportunities

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the construction activities of our LTA MRT project in East Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all construction activities and progress independently, ensuring timely delivery of the project.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Lead and supervise structural/architectural works, coordinating with client representatives and stakeholders.
  • Manage and guide a team of workers and subcontractors for smooth on-site performance.
  • Resolve design and site-related challenges during construction.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed work plans, aligning with project objectives and timelines.
  • Submit progress reports, maintaining up-to-date project schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control, safety, and health regulations on-site.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in building and construction, with 5 years in leadership, preferably on LTA or large-scale MRT projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to solve complex design and construction problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
