We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our prestigious LTA MRT project in East. As a trusted leader, you will oversee all construction activities and ensure timely delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all construction activities and progress independently.">
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.">
  • Lead and supervise structural/architectural works, while effectively coordinating with client representatives and stakeholders.">
  • Manage and guide a team of workers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth and efficient on-site performance.">
  • Proactively resolve design and site-related challenges during the construction period.">
  • Maintain high standards of work quality throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Develop and implement detailed work plans, aligning with the project's key objectives and timelines.">
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, maintaining up-to-date project schedules.">
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality control, safety, and health regulations on-site.">
  • Participate actively in project meetings, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.">
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required in line with the Senior Project Manager's scope of work.">

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.">
  • At least 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry, with 5 years in a leadership position, preferably on LTA or large-scale MRT projects.">
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.">
  • Proven ability to solve complex design and construction problems efficiently.">
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Passionate about contributing, learning, and advancing with the company.">
