Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned technology leader, you will have the opportunity to drive the development of cutting-edge products and services that meet the highest standards of security and reliability.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, your primary mission will be to lead multiple technical teams in delivering complex features at scale quickly. You will foster a culture of collaboration, engineering excellence, and innovation within our organization.

Key responsibilities will include defining and executing functional and non-functional feature delivery strategies, setting engineering standards, and developing high-quality products. Additionally, you will leverage AI/ML technologies to bring productivity across software development lifecycle phases and develop innovative business solutions.

This role requires a strong partnership with product and regional teams, as well as experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, nurturing talent, and ensuring strong program management and governance practices.

Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to drive measurable improvements, lead high-performing engineering teams, foster innovation, and maintain a focus on win-win outcomes.


About the Role

This is a hybrid position requiring confirmation on the number of days in the office from your Hiring Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 18+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Advanced degree
  • 15+ years of experience in leading product development using technologies like Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, MySQL, REST, and more
  • Extensive experience in designing and deploying scalable distributed applications
  • Good understanding of AI/ML initiatives
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
