Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented production planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning daily production schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments based on standard working hours and available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely updates on order status and condition of returned old parts.
  • Issue work orders in Oracle and coordinate with mechanical engineering supervisor to generate production and procurement requirements.
  • Plan daily production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments based on standard working hours and available resources.
  • Communicate effectively with purchasing department to ensure timely material delivery and optimize production processes.
Requirements
  • Degree or higher qualification with experience in operating ERP systems such as MFG and Oracle.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within internal teams.
  • Strong coordination skills with a personable approach.
Work Arrangements & Travel Requirements

Fully site-based position in Singapore. Occasional travel (approximately 2%) across China and Southeast Asia.
