Job Description:

We are seeking a Front of House Service Representative to join our team. As a Front of House Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys a smooth, welcoming, and memorable dining experience.

Your role will involve welcoming and engaging guests with a friendly, professional approach, confidently recommending menu items and ongoing promotions, serving food and drinks promptly with attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, and clearing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure a seamless flow of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
  • Prior experience in F&B service is a plus, but not required, as training will be provided
