We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Front-of-House Ambassador.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. This includes handling reservations, inquiries, and special requests in a timely and accurate manner.
You will also be responsible for allocating reservations to optimize operations and seating guests while providing them with a brief concept of the restaurant and assisting with menu items as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality: A degree in hospitality or a related field is required, or a minimum of 6-12 months hands-on experience in a food service position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as well as working knowledge of retail or guest interaction experience.
- Fine Dining Knowledge: Familiarity with fine dining experiences and/or beverage knowledge is desirable.
