We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and onboarding top influencers, managing their journey, and optimizing performance to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard key opinion leaders (KOLs) across various social media platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of KOLs by optimizing acquisition strategies, providing onboarding support, and ensuring continuous engagement.
- Track and analyze initiative and acquisition performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics.
- Maintain a strong and unified brand presence across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Keen interest in social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs.
- Excellent command of English.
