Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:

- Our Affiliate Acquisition team identify and onboards top influencers, manages their journey, and optimises performance to drive results. From refining acquisition strategies to maintaining a strong brand presence, we ensure KOLs thrive in the Shopee Affiliate Program. If you’re passionate about influencer marketing and data-driven growth, let’s build something big together
- ** KOL/KOC Acquisition & Onboarding**: Identify, acquire, and onboard KOLs across various social media platforms (e.g. IG, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu)
- ** Affiliate CRM**:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of KOL/KOCs by optimising acquisition strategies, providing onboarding support, and ensuring continuous engagement while incubating new affiliates to accelerate their performance and retention
- ** Performance Tracking & Optimisation**:Track and analyse initiative and acquisition performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics
- ** Branding & Communication**: Maintain a strong and unified SAP brand presence across all communication channels, including in-app communications, social media, and messaging channels

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Keen interest in social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs
- Excellent command of English
- Experience in CRM, e-commerce and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
