About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Production Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery/equipment according to safety and quality standards, ensuring production targets are met with minimal downtime.
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to company protocols and guidelines. Your strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively with others will be essential in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery/equipment according to safety and quality standards, minimizing downtime and optimizing production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent malfunctions, ensuring equipment is in good working condition at all times.
- Maintain accurate production records, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Regularly inspect equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- At least one year of relevant experience in a factory or production line setting, with a proven track record of operating and maintaining machinery/equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required, adapting to changing operational demands.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset.
