Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Review prospective and existing clients, liquidity providers, and exchanges to ensure compliance with MAS PSN02 and related AML/CFT obligations.">
  • Support the preparation of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports for new and existing clients.">
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Singapore-specific Compliance policies.">
  • Provide regulatory compliance advice to Sales, Institutional Coverage, and Operations teams.">
  • Assist with the annual Singapore Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA).">
  • Maintain regulatory compliance registers.">
  • Manage the Outsourcing Register and support third-party risk assessments and vendor due diligence.">
  • Support internal and external audit inspections.">
  • Participate in local industry forums to enhance awareness of regulatory best practices.">

As a Compliance Officer, you'll be part of a local and global network of compliance officers and a key contributor to the success of FalconX AML and Compliance program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

Team player; good judgment and analytical skills; ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner; current experience in KYB and TM in virtual/digital assets is a distinct advantage.
