We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement and management of medication inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Dispensing of medication to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Centralized management of cardiovascular drug inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of medications and supplies.
- Transfer of medications between clinic locations and manage requests from other clinics.
- Maintenance of a list of key pharmaceutical contacts and review of bonus tier scheme.
- Regular updates to directors on medication purchases and monthly reporting on stock movement and purchases.
- Collaboration with the nursing team to oversee drug stock take and discrepancies.
- Maintenance of a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Dispensary Technician Certificate.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in negotiation and inventory management of drugs.
