Food Service Manager Job Summary

As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of food and handling cashier duties. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure that the outlet is operational in accordance with established standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and possess excellent communication skills. He/she must also be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Manage sales of food and handle cashier duties
  • Provide good customer service
  • Responsible for allocation stall outlet operational needs such as opening and/or closing of Food Outlet
  • Perform general housekeeping and maintaining the cleanliness of freezer/chiller storage, utensils/cooking equipment, entire kitchen, and storefront
  • Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures

The qualifications required for this role include:
