Job Title

A seasoned Quality Manager is sought after to oversee comprehensive quality management systems for data centre construction projects across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will ensure all construction activities meet or exceed quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements while maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust QAQC programs throughout the APAC region.
  • Create and update quality management plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols specific to data centre construction.
  • Lead quality assurance reviews during design phases to identify potential issues before construction begins.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes.
  • Coordinate with project teams to establish quality checkpoints and verification processes at critical construction milestones.
  • Identify non-conformances and deficiencies, and work with construction teams to implement effective corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation systems, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance certificates.
  • Provide regular quality performance reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Train project personnel on quality requirements and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes based on lessons learned and industry developments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the global Quality program to meet the APAC regional requirements while maintaining consistent quality and compliance across data centre projects.
  • Validate contractor and vendor quality programs, ensuring alignment with Owner requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, and Data Centers.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in dealing with Owners, Architects, Contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of prime contracts including lump sum, GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), hard bid, negotiated, design-build, etc. Specifically including EVM methods.
