Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at RINGS PTE. LTD. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, including financial tasks, office administration, and staff support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong organizational abilities. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with payroll, accounting, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as an Administrative Officer will include:
  • Financial Tasks:
    • Assist in keeping financial records updated and organized.
    • Handle staff claims and ensure they are processed on time.
    • Support payroll, CPF submissions, staff visa, and tax claims.
  • Office Administration:
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including food and coffee arrangements, leave applications, bill payments, and online service management.
    • Oversee office suppliers, including stationery and pantry items.
    • Schedule and coordinate office and equipment repairs, while maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Staff Support:
    • Handle travel arrangements, including ticket booking and visa applications.
    • Address and resolve staff requests promptly and effectively.
    • Support the recruitment process, including staff onboarding, screening resumes, and following up with the hiring manager on headcount requirements.


Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary range for an Administrative Officer with similar qualifications and experience in Singapore.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you should have:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a financial or corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with payroll, accounting, and travel arrangements.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
