We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at EPIC HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers related to the operation of their Epic software application(s) and underlying IT infrastructure. This may include answering technical questions, providing configuration analysis and recommendations, monitoring customer systems, making optimization suggestions, planning for upgrades and feature deployments, overseeing testing, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and reconfiguring the software or infrastructure as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist customers with technical issues related to their Epic software application(s)
  • Provide configuration analysis and recommendations to optimize system performance
  • Monitor customer systems to identify potential issues and make proactive recommendations
  • Plan and execute upgrades and feature deployments
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any major
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for Epic software, including supporting customers through implementation and version upgrades
  • Hold certifications in relevant Epic software applications and Chronicles Database Programmer and Cache
  • Strong project management skills, including team coordination and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude (must pass Epic's standard pre-hire assessment test)
  • Judgment in handling escalations

**Estimated Salary:** SGD 8,500 - SGD 12,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
