Responsibilities:

  2. Monitoring the submarine cable network and systems 24/7 for optimal performance.", "
  3. Detecting and responding to incidents, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner.", "
  4. Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and landing station issues.", "
  5. Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.", "
  6. Implementing strategies to enhance network capacity and reliability.", "
  7. Providing technical support to customers and managing co-location services.", "
  8. Maintaining accurate records of events, incidents, and actions.", "

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a telecommunication service provider or a major transmission equipment vendor.", "
  • Prior experience in Submarine Cable Landing Station, NOC environment and/or optical transmission is highly desirable.", "
  • Graduate or Diploma in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar qualifications are a plus.", "
