Senior Fundraising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to support the growth of our fundraising efforts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful fundraising campaigns and donor outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress toward targets, and prepare timely reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support grant applications and sponsorship proposals with relevant data and content.
The role involves executing strategies to increase campaign visibility, crafting compelling content for different donor segments, and managing campaign promotion across multiple channels.
- Manage campaign logistics, including vendor liaison, event registration, and volunteer support.
- Develop and design targeted content (letters, EDMs, brochures, videos, donor stories, social media posts) that appeals to donors.
- Ensure branding, tone, and messaging align with organizational values.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Preferably a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, project management, and/or donor management.
- A proven track record of executing marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
- Expertise in content creation, campaign management, and brand positioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, CRM software, and social media platforms.
