Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the Business Compliance Advisory Team, you will be responsible for providing compliance support and operational work.

This role has a specific focus on providing compliance review of marketing materials and due diligence reviews of outsourcing arrangements.

Key responsibilities include carrying out compliance controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the clearance of advertising materials, reviewing for appropriate disclosures and cross border initiatives.

Additionally, you will provide advice and operational support on fund related regulatory reporting, prospectus lodgement, investor notice, including CPFIS and Code on CIS requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
