Core Payments Modernization Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the modernization of our core payments system. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex project that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities in defining desired product features.
  • Translate requirements into EPICs for design and technology teams to groom requirements further.
  • Establish periodic governance for Asia initiatives and actively use governance calls to track and report progress.
  • Foster high-risk awareness and control focus to mitigate risks and ensure timely mitigation.
  • Ensure business readiness for the project by coordinating with stakeholders to secure critical internal and external approvals.
  • Develop innovative ways to achieve efficient, risk-free, and automated product/service offerings.
  • Cultivate customer and stakeholder input for the development of technical requirements and product priorities.
  • Maintain close connections with country and cluster stakeholders from Product, Operations, and Technology during all phases of execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize, implement, and validate requirements.
  • Conduct client impact assessments and facilitate client communication/webinars with the help of country teams to build awareness about upcoming changes.
  • Identify and perform gap analysis on current and future product offerings.
  • Manage internal risk and control stakeholders by keeping them informed and appraised about initiative progress.
Tech Requirements:

This role requires extensive knowledge of payments business and ISO messaging standards. Experience working on big and complex organization-wide turnkey initiatives is also essential. Additionally, good consumer product knowledge and a passion for emerging technologies are highly valued.

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior hands-on development experience in a technology project will be a plus.
