We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our payments infrastructure in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for the growth of Singapore's payment systems, ensuring they are resilient and capable of adapting to future market trends.
  • Analyse global payments innovation trends, cross-border payments, governance models, and investments in payment infrastructures, providing valuable insights for Singapore.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from the payments ecosystem to co-create strategies, build consensus, and coordinate implementation.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for successful project delivery, managing expectations and building trust among diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in successful project management on payments/banking technology projects.
  • Relevant experience in driving digital payments and financial technology development/implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, local and global payments landscape, financial technology, and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, influencing across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
About this Opportunity:

This is a 1-year contract position. You may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment as part of the shortlisting process.
