THYE HONG EATERIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Master Culinary Director to lead our culinary team in creating authentic Vietnamese cuisine. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production
- Create innovative menus that blend traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern twists, catering to diverse tastes and preferences
- Collaborate with colleagues across different culinary divisions to develop fusion gastronomy that showcases the best of Singapore's multicultural heritage
- Develop and implement new menu items, write standard operating procedures (SOPs), and provide training to staff across all outlets to ensure consistency and excellence
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the entire operation
- Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary director in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Vietnamese cuisine, including southern and northern specialties
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative menu concepts that appeal to a wide range of customers
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Competitive salary: SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience
