The program includes five modules in Norway, Singapore, Copenhagen, and London, focusing on key areas such as maritime knowledge, management competencies, and corporate social responsibility. Participants will gain valuable insights into vessel operations and management, as well as the different project stages from tendering to project delivery.
As a Maritime Trainee, you will play an active role in our daily operations, taking on meaningful tasks under the guidance of supervisors in each department you rotate through. You will also have the opportunity to engage in rotational assignments in different departments, participate in structured learning and networking, and be part of several projects advocating social activities and sustainability.
Our ideal candidate has a Master's degree in engineering or a related field, 0-2 years of professional experience, maritime industry knowledge or interest, a business mindset with interest in strategy and how to apply new technology to improve business, fluent English language skills, and analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
