We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Employment Bridging and Employer Engagement initiatives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our employer partners base, including outreach, partnership development, and relationship management. They will also oversee the implementation of employment bridging efforts, ensuring efficient end-to-end processes that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employer Engagement:
    • Expand and grow our employer partners base through strategic outreach and partnership development
    • Lead advocacy efforts on diversity, equity, and inclusion, living wage, core and stable scheduling, career progression, and empathetic work environment with employer partners
    • Manage relationships with key employer partners, providing timely support, conflict management, and building long-term partnerships
  • Employment Bridging:
    • Develop and execute career coaching efforts for clients, refining scope as necessary
    • Drive Train-and-Place efforts to support bridging efforts in growth industries accessible to clients
    • Oversee employment bridging efforts, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support, including case management and additional support where needed
  • Team Management:
    • Responsible for team growth and performance, building capabilities in Employment Bridging, Employer Engagement, and Social Mobility programs
    • Manage team's expense budget and identify potential deviations to the Executive Director
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Oversee performance reviews, training, and upskilling of existing staff within the team
    • Responsible for reporting, analyzing data provided by Monitoring & Evaluation to refine and pivot existing work
