Skilled Cook Wanted
We are seeking a highly skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions, with a strong working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for customers, weighing and measuring ingredients according to recipes, and ensuring that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned regularly.

Additional responsibilities include steaming, grilling, broiling, baking, or frying meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients, as well as arranging and garnishing dishes. A keen eye for presentation is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and within time limits, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Culinary school 3 year degree or foreign equivalency preferred
  • Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions
  • Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation
  • Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes
