Job Title: Experienced Food Preparation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and preparation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene practices when preparing and presenting food, in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including braised beef, meat soup, pork ribs soup, and other cooked foods.
  • Evaluate the quality of raw and cooked food products, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality control checks on all items before serving to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Availability to work on public holidays may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and preparation, adhering to established SOPs.
  • Cooking and Presentation: Prepare and present a variety of dishes, ensuring presentation meets company standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all items before serving.
