Job Title: Architectural Sales

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Draftsperson to join our team as an Architectural Sales & Site Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3D Max/V ray, and excellent command of the English language.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Plot Architectural and Interior Design Drawings: Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD to create precise and detailed drawings for architectural and interior design projects.
  • Prepare Tender, As-Built, and Shop Drawings: Develop comprehensive sets of drawings that meet client requirements and project specifications.

Requirements:
  1. Proficient in CAD Software: Possess advanced skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3D Max/V ray, with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
  2. Degree in Architecture: Hold a degree in architecture with a solid foundation in interior design principles and practices.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  4. Proactive and Hard-Working: Showcase a proactive approach to work, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

  • Work Independently: Be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Disciplined and Punctual: Display a high level of discipline and punctuality, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
