Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Spatial Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing spatial design concepts and space plans for residential projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts and space plans for residential projects, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Maintain proficiency in various software, including Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, and Sketchup, to create visualizations and presentations.
  • Adapt to Microsoft environments and utilize skills in Spreadsheet, Words, and Powerpoint to support project management and communication.
  • Exercise site coordination and supervisory skills to effectively manage projects and teams, with added advantages in color selection and material knowledge.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines while maintaining a good working attitude and being part of a team.
Key Qualifications and Skills

This role requires strong spatial design skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. A degree in interior design or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in the industry.
